Q3. COACH, WHEN DO I GET MY MEAL PLANNING?
You will receive your meal plan in exactly how to eat carbs, drink wine, & still lose weight immediately when you sign up.
Q4. COACH, DO I NEED A GYM TO DO THIS CHALLENGE?
Absolutely not! You start with bodyweight home workouts only and no equipment is needed.
Q5. COACH, WHAT IF I WANT TO GAIN WEIGHT?
The meal planning can be structured for weight gain.
Q6. COACH, WHAT IF I HAVE CERTAIN DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
The meal planning is extremely flexible and can be tailored to your specific needs. You will be provided with planning, grocery lists, and a recipe book. There are several meal planning options and a recipe book available for my clients who are vegan or vegetarian.
Q7. COACH, WHAT IF I CAN'T DO THE WORKOUTS?
The workouts will provide modifications if needed. They can be tailored to you, however, proceed with caution when it comes to exercising, and if you have restrictions make sure to get clearance from your doctor.
